The high-speed drilling device comprises a fixed plate seat, an operation board and a support plate, and one end of a tubular workpiece is placed on one side of the seat; the motor drives the gear to rotate, and the rotating gear drives the rack to move; meanwhile, two arc clamping plates clamp the tubular workpiece; the hydraulic rod is started to drive the support plate to move up and down; the support plate is attached to the bottom end of the tubular workpiece to support it; the electric telescopic rod drives the C-shaped clamping plate to move to limit the tubular workpiece on the support plate.
