Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a transgenic strain of Metarhizium anisopliae, preparation method and application thereof, which is a recombinant strain constructed by Metarhizium anisopliae gene and exogenous subtilisin-like protease (SLP) Prla gene. The principle of Metarhizium anisopliae transgenic strain is as follows: basing on Metarhizium anisopliae, and then using Pgpd as a strong promoter and TTrpC as a terminator as well as Basta as a screening marker; next, constructing a subtilisin-like protease Pr1al overexpression box by using a fusion PCR method, preparing fungal protoplasts, and then carrying out genetic engineering transformation by using a CaCl2-PEG method; finally, randomly inserting the overexpression box into the genome of Metarhizium anisopliae for overexpression. The Metarhizium anisopliae transgenic strain has some advantages of good killing effect on Blattella germanica, strong toxicity and effectively controlling Blattella germanica population in a short time.
