Streamlined Dressing Process and System for Magnetite

The invention discloses a streamlined dressing process and dressing system for magnetite, belonging to the technical field of mineral dressing. The process includes 2 stages of crushing, 2 stages of high-pressure milling for ultra-fine crushing, 1 stage of vertical milling, 4 times of grading and 8 times of separating, significantly shortening the process flow; in addition, a high-pressure roller mill is used in the technical solution of the invention to replace the traditional fine crusher, and in-series high-pressure milling and crushing technology is used to crush the original ore to below 0.5mm, which greatly reduces the particle size of the ore entering the mill. Moreover, the streamlined dressing process for magnetite according to the invention eliminates the need of lots of belt conveyors, pumps, pipes, dusters and other auxiliaries, substantially increasing the comprehensive benefit of the dressing plant.
