By providing a through hole in the traction roller and connecting the through hole with the industrial water cooler, the circulation of the cooling water in the through hole is achieved, so that the traction roller has cooling function, which effectively avoids the accumulation of heat and has better cooling effect. The recycling of cooling water greatly reduces the water consumption during cooling, the double functions of cooling and traction are achieved in one device at the same time; in addition, in order to inspect the dynamic changes of the traction force during the continuous casting in real time, it is facilitate to make corresponding adjustment and control in time, so as to better control the surface quality of the as-cast rod billet in the continuous casting process. The force sensor is provided to monitor the change of traction force in real time and to transmit the force data to the force measuring instrument, the traction data curve is obtained and the dynamic detection of traction force in continuous casting process is achieved.
