This invention belongs to a medical field, more precisely body prophylactics, heart and vascular system's prophylactics and methods of exercising. This method of exercising the body, heart and vascular system is new because it receives acoustic heart pulsation signals through a microphone after which they are changed into digital form. With the primary amplifier it strengthens the signal and with the low frequency filter it reduces noise and interference. After which the power amplifier, which has the parameters of heart pulse frequencies and strengthens them to a suitable level for an individual user effect massage level and again changes them into acoustic and graphic signals, exiting them into the massage device or headphones, or the sound strengthening equipment, or to a computer and controls their strength and sufficiency in order to stimulate biological body points and cardiovascular systems resonance for the cardio pulse. With the help of a massager, which has a cardio pulse frequency band, a cardio stimulation in the necessary body points can be performed, and in different environments like air, water. The cardio pulse signals are reordered on the audio tape which transfers them into the audio player's magnetic head and strengthens them with the primary amplifier of the player and later strengthens them with the power amplifier of the audio player and transfers them to a massage device or headphones through the commutator. The device for the body consists of a computational control block and computer hardware; it has a microphone connected to the commutator where an audio player's magnetic head is connected and the primary player's amplifier, which has a connection with the power amplifier of the player and a low frequency filter, connected with the power amplifier, which has contact with the massage device or headphones through the commutator or the computer, or sound amplifying equipment.
