Zusammenfassung:The invention is directed to a short term induction treatment with anti-N3pGlu Aβ antibodies of a disease characterized by deposition of Aβ in the brain, that include Alzheimer's disease (AD), Down's syndrome, and cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA). In certain embodiments, patients are administered an induction dose of 10 to 60 mg/kg of an anti-N3pGlu Aβ antibody for a period of 6 months or less.
