Zusammenfassung:Invention applies to the chemistry of macromolecular compounds and serves to obtain polymer gels that may be used in biotechnology as a basis for the synthesis of sorbents in chromatography of biomolecules. The method aims to create highly porous polymer gels that would be used as a basis for the synthesis of sorbents in the chromatography of biomolecules eliminating unspecific albumen absorption. The method is achieved by carrying out a radical suspension copolymerisation of allyl alcohol or glycol ether of the same with ethylene glycol-dimethylacrylate at a ratio of (65.34-87.41)/(34.66-12.59) mol percentage of neutral organic solvent - ethyl acetate or mixes of the same with n-alkanes (1-3):1 in the solvent. Copolymerisation is being carried out at a 1/(2-3) ratio of an upper organic phase having co-monomers and a radical indicator and a lower dispersant phase having a suspension stabiliser. There are following n-alkanes: hexane, heptane, octane, decane and dodecane. Dispersing phase uses water solvent of concentrated calcium chloride (30+-2%) with polyvinyl alcohol or solvent of the same and gelatine (0.5+-0.1%).
