Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of plastic processing. More specifically, it is a device for the production of parts from plastic sheet materials by gradual forming. The device can be used to produce a limited number of pieces of medical supplies, vehicles, including aircraft, for example, to develop and test a prototype. In this device, the control system (8) and the heating source (4) and the force sensor (6) mounted on the tool (7) create an optimal operating mode of the forming device, which allows to determine the minimum force of the tool against the workpiece and the maximum a tool temperature that does not exceed the temperatures at which the workpiece material begins to melt or decompose. In this way, the force and temperature of pressing the tool (7) against the surface of the plastic sheet (3) is reduced to a minimum, which increases the quality of the forming part, as well as simplifies the construction of the entire forming device and reduces production costs.The invention belongs to the field of plastic processing.
