Zusammenfassung:	Compounds of formula (1) and salts thereof, wherein R represents a methyl, ethyl or isopropyl group; Y is -CH2-, Y is -CH- and X represents where R represents a hydrogen atom or a group OR (where OR is a hydroxyl group or a substituted hydroxyl group having up to 25 carbon atoms) and R represents a hydrogen atom, or R and R together with the carbon atom to which they are attached represent >C=0, >C=CH2 or >C=NOR (where R represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-8 alkyl group or a C3-8 alkenyl group) and the group >C=NOR is in the E configuration] or -Y -X-Y - represents -CH=CH-CH- or -CH2-CH=C-; R represents a group OR as defined above and R represents a hydrogen atom, or R and R together with the carbon atom to which they are attached represent >C=0 or >C=NOR (where R is as defined above for R ); R represents a hydrogen atom and R represents -CH2OH, -CHO, -CO2H or a carboxylic acid ester or amide group; or R represents a hydroxyl group and R represents a methyl group; and R represents a hydrogen atom or when R represents a group -CH2OH then R may also represent a hydroxyl group. The compounds may be used to control nematode, acarine, insect or other pests.
