RUBBER REINFORCED POLYCARBONATE RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING A SELF-EXTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS

The resin composition has excellent heat stability, flame retardant property, good impact resistance, and fabrication property. The resin composition comprises: (A) A copolymer(a), prepared by grafting 10 - 60 wt. % of aromatic vinyl monomer and 5 - 40 wt. % of aromatic hallogen monomer 20 - 70 wt. % of diene system rubber-state copolymer which contains 10 - 90 wt. % of polycarbonate resin(1) and butadiene monomer as the materior for the preparation; (B) A copolymer(b), prepared by copolymerizing 10 - 60 wt. % of more than 2 species of monomer selected 10 - 85 wt. % of aromatic vinyl monomer, 5 - 40 wt. % of aromatic hallogen monomer, unsaturated nitrile and copolymerizable copolymer mixture; (C) 10 - 90 wt. % of thermoplastic resin(2) containing 20 - 40 wt. % of unsaturated monomer and 5 - 20 wt. % of aromatic hallogen monomer.
