Zusammenfassung:This drive shaft manufacturing method is designed to improve the state of adhesion and the efficiency of dynamic torque transfer. To achieve the purpose, the adhesive is used to connect composite material shaft to metal shaft by double folding method, joint the connection portion by line and weld it, grind the surface of two shafts with #80 sand paper, erode it in 10% nitiric acid and 90% ethanol solution for 5 min. then paste them by 0.1 - 1.0 mm deep adhesive, prepare two shafts each, or paste them by simultaneous hardening process, pose the composite material shaft at inner side, combine metal shaft at outside by adhesive or simultaneous hardening process, roll mandrel with polymer film and composite material, then pull out the mandrel again, and apply pressure on the internal film, hardening composite material by the simultaneous hardening process of two shafts.
