Zusammenfassung:The improved method comprises (A) synthesizing liquid phase generated powder (3BaCuO2+2CuO) by mixing Ba and Cu in a ratio of 3:5, followed by calcining the mixture at 870 deg.C for 26 hours, (B) synthesizing Y2BaCuO5 powder by mixing Y, Ba and Cu in a ratio of 2:1:1, followed by calcinating the mixture at 925 deg.C for 23 hours and sintering the cold pressure moulded Y2BaCuO5 powder at 1,050 deg.C for 15 hours, and (C) surrounding Y2BaCuO5 sintered body with the liquid-phase generated powder and thermal-treating at 800-1,000 deg.C for 15-50 hours under the oxygen atmosphere.
