Zusammenfassung:The trialkylphosphite is produced by (a) introducing 188 ml hexane, 15 ml methanol and 10 mg methyl red into the reactor, (b) feeding a mixed soln. of phosphorus trichloride (PCl3) and hexane (wt. ratio = 7:3) at 0.0022 mol/min velocity, a mixed soln. of methanol and hexane (volume ratio = 3:1) at 0.0045 mol/min velocity, and an ammonia gas at 0.0025 mol/min velocity, (c) agitation-reacting the mixt. with 40 % ethylene glycol refrigerant at -5 - 0 deg.C, (d) treating the gas exhaused from the reactor with a thin sulphuric acid, and (e) reacting the reactant by increasing a feeding velocity of the ammonia gas to 0.0034 mol/min to form a spherical particulate of 1-10 mm diameter.
