steeping alpaca hairs into 0.5-1.5 % of aq. hydrogen peroxide solution; treating them secondarily with 5-15 % of aq. hydrogen peroxide solution; steeping them again into 0.005- 0.05 % of sulfuric acid solution, agitating them at 60-80 deg.C for 10-30 min. and acid-treating; neutralizing them with 1-5 % of sodium carbonate for 30-60 min., washing them with water 1-3 times and hydro-extracting; steeping them into solution, in which a mixture of a softener and antistatic agent, mixed in a ratio of 1:1, is diluted by water of the amount of four times that of a mixture, at normal temp. for 20 min.; forcefully drying with hot air of 80-90 deg.C or naturally drying; carding with a carder to provide spinnability.
