Zusammenfassung:inducing the high conc. residual oxygen gas, discharged while the residual oxygen gas is recovered into the recyle-completed vacuum tower, to the out-let of the recovering tower, and the low conc. residual oxygen gas, also discharged during recovering process, to the in-let of the tower so that distribution of concentration of oxygen increases from the in-let portion to the out-let portion; while preventing nitrogen of each tower from mixing with the residual oxygen gas by connecting a vacuum pump from the in-let of the recovering tower to the in-let of the discharging tower; while also maintaining constantly the amt. of the recovered residual gas and the flow amt. of the produced gas.
