An external power supply jack (2) for off-line programming is positioned on the upper side of the handy loader, and connected with the connector (1) for on-line programming. An off-line programming memory pack (3) including CPU (31), ROM (32), system RAM (33), RAM, and decoder (35) is attached on the lower side of the handy loader.
