Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To facilitate transverse movement of a frame by constituting a frame guide part integrally formed with a foundation structure frame body of a horizontal part provided with a guide member for supporting vertical forces and a vertical part provided with a guide member for supporting horizontal forces. CONSTITUTION: A frame guide part constituted of a vertical part 4 and a horizontal part 3 for supporting the horizontal force and the vertical force acting on the supporting point of the traversing frame 1 is integrally formed with a foundation structure frame body 2. A guide member for supporting vertical forces, composed of rails 5 and sliding shoes 6 are provided in the horizontal part 3, and a guide member for supporting horizontal forces, composed of rails 7 and sliding shoes 8 are provided in the vertical part 4. In this way, the frame 1 in which horizontal forces are brought on the support point can be easily transferred in the transverse direction without reinforcing the frame 1 with tie beams or the like.
