Zusammenfassung:A method for cultivating bean sprouts comprises: (a) magnetizing the refined clean water to the 300-1500 gauss by passing through the water tank (1) having magnetizing apparatus (2) repeatedly for 45 min. or more; (b) passing the magnetized clean water through the mineral pipe to obtain the mineral-contg. water; (c) cultivating the bean sprouts in the container by sprinkling the obtd. mineral-contg. water; (d) treating the cultivated bean sprouts with ultrasonic wave for 1-2 hrs. to obtain the final product. The obtd. bean sprouts has not a fishy smell and can be preserved for a long time.
