The machine includes a digging wheel, for digging soil, mounted to a tilting shaft, and a compression plate for pressing the digged soil. The machine comprises a following shaft (5) having a sprocket (3) and bevel gear (4) meshed with bevel gear (9) of a tilting shaft (10); digging wheel (14) having inner digging section (14') and outer water supply section (14"); compression plate (18) and compression adjusting lever (17).
