Zusammenfassung:	The pulse generator includes an input terminal for an ETMsignal, a phase-lock loop comprising a comparison circuit, a lowpass filter end voltage controlled oscillator. Also included is a circuit for playback drive, a change-over switch and generator circuits for the detection-window pulse used as a comparison wave for the PLL. The generator circuit for the detection-window pulse are designed so that the window pulse can be generated with different pulse-widths, depending on the changes in the bit rate of the digital signal to be demodulated, e.g. to give a window pulse having a pulse-width suitable for magnetic recording-replay systems equipped with rotary heads. Each of the generator circuits is based on an XOR-gate and a delay circuit.
