The IC includes a first comparator (4) for comparing the output of a synchronous signal dividing circuit (3) to a reference signal, a second comparator (5) for comparing FBT signal (c) to a reference signal, a constant current circuit (6) for supplying constant current utilizing the output signals of the comparators (4,5), a first decoder (11) for transmitting the signal for detecting the designated tuning position, a second decoder (13) for transmitting the signal for detecting the designated position of an outer circuit (23), and a drive circuit (4) for transmitting the tuning signal to the designated position of the outer circuit (23).
