Zusammenfassung:	A sensor device includes a pair of sensor elements with a sensible characteristic which varies with temperature and with a physical parameter which is to be sensed by the device. The sensor device is operable to expose one sensor element to variations in the physical parameter and protects the other sensor element from variations in the physical parameter. The sensor device further has sensor means for providing a sensor output representative of the physical parameter in response to the relative variations in the characteristic between the sensor elements.
