In the formulas, R1, R2 and R3 are each H, hydroxyl, halogen, cyano, lower alkyl, alkoxy, alkanoyloxy, alkanoyl, alkoxycarbonyl or alkylthio, di (lower alkyl) amino, or trihalomethyl; R4 is H, C1-12 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, allyl, phenyl or substd. phenyl; n is 1,2,3 or r; m is o; p is 2 or 3; X is O or S. (I) are useful as antihistamines and inhibitors of mediator release.
