Zusammenfassung:	This winder feeds a rolled tape web (7) from a feeding section (B) to a winding section (A). The drive includes a belt (10) to transmit a force opposite to the feed direction of the web toward the feeding section. The belt is wound around a winding pulley (105) and a feed pulley (107) to apply reverse tension to the feeding section (BB). Each of the feeding and winding sections have brakes. The latter has braking surfaces with different coefficients of friction. The tape has a constant drive tension.
