The detoxified endotoxin was then purified on Sephadex, DEAE-C=ellulose, or a silica gel. column. This purified, detoxified endotoxin enhanced the immune response of BALB/c mice to SRBC as compared with SRBC alone or SRBC and standard endotoxin. |
