Zusammenfassung:	Radioactive organic waste is disposed by encapsulating in resin. Low concentration soln. of radioactive organic waste is contacted with an organic liguid-insoluble polymer to form gel particles. These gel particles are dispersed into liguid resin. This liguid resin containing dispersed gel particles is then hardened. The organic liguid-insoluble polymer is a copolymer of tertiary butyl styrene and styrene. The catalyst of the hardening reaction is a peroxide compound.
