Zusammenfassung:	An outserted shape comprises a metal plate (8) formed with a plurality of through holes (9), resin portions (15) connected to resin filled in the through holes and opposite sides of the metal plate. The resin portions have a greater planar cross-sectional surface than that of the through holes. Each resin portion covers only one hole and a plurality of resin components forms integrally with one of the resin portions. The resin components (14) are secured in place on the metal plate by the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the resin portions and the metal plate.
