Zusammenfassung:	A plastic snap fastener is prepd. by assembling a plastic head and a metallic accessory, which has a funnel-shaped flange. The plastic head has a hollow groove in which the inner diameter is larger than outer diameter and forms a taper. The funnel-shaped flange is placed into a groove and pressed, until the funnelshaped flange becomes a plane flange securing the plastic head and metallic accessory. The plastic snap fastener for this method is manufd. by a simple process and is suitable for mass production.
