Zusammenfassung:Cephapirin derivatives (chlorohydrate, p-toluene sulfonate, and β-naphtalene sulfonate) were prepd. by several stepwise reactions. 7- ACA was reacted with bromophtalide at 0-70 in the presence of dimethylsulfoxide, dimethylacetamide, or formamide. The synthesized 7-ACA ester was reacted with chloride chlorohydrate of 4-pyridyl- thioacetate, washed with an acidic solution (pH 1-4), and dried under a vacuum and at low temp. to give cephapirin derivatives. The bactericidal activity of cephapirin derivatives was expressed.
