Zusammenfassung:	Frame(30) is a hollow injection moulding of reinforced thermoplastics with the inner & outer head walls joined by internal supports(25) through which pass stringing holes(23), and foam filling the moulding. The head is filled with foamed polyurethane(32) of 0.10-0.25 g/cu. cm density and the shaft(20) with rigid foamed polyurethane(33) of 0.30-0.50 g/cu. cm density. The shaft filling is formed intergrally with a rigid foam handle encasing the handle end of the shaft. and two foam fillings meet at or on the head side of the handle. Head and shaft fillings are of substantially the same formulation comprising a reaction of polyol with methylene diisocyanate or tolylene diisocyanate.
