Zusammenfassung:	This invention for making the hollow insulating joint has four processes. The first process is received the first tubular member(4) which is heated in the forming frame. The second tubular member (5) which is heated., is inserted into the first tubular member(4) during the second process. The third process has three steps. The aperture part, the first and the second tubulous member are circulated around inside and outside member. And then, the first and the second tubular member are sealed hermetically and adhered. At the same time, the pre- forming frame (15) is received the above forming frame.
