Zusammenfassung:Cephalosporins I (R1 = protected NH2; R2 = H, protected group; R3 = H, alkyl, alkylthio, alkoxy; Z = S, S-O) were prepd. by reaction of II and dihalo-phosphinyl isocyanate. Thus, 3.81 g (6R,7R)-7-[Z-2(fur-2-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido -3-hydroxymethyl-ceph-3-em-4-carboxylic acid in 50 ml dioxane reacted with 2.4 g dichlorophosphinylisocyanate to give 3.67 g cephuroxime.
