The present invention addresses the problem of providing a pipe heating structure with which a heat-generating layer can easily be installed on or detached from an outer peripheral surface of a pipe, and with which an interior of the pipe (in the vicinity of a joint, in particular) can be efficiently heated. This problem is resolved by means of a pipe heating structure which includes a cylindrical main body portion, ring-shaped joint portions which are attached to ends of the main body portion and which extend from an outer peripheral surface of the main body portion in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the main body portion and moving away from the axis, and a sheet-like heater which is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion and which is obtained by stacking, in the stated order, a first insulating layer, a heat-generating layer, and a second insulating layer, wherein the sheet-like heater is not provided on outer peripheral surfaces of the joint portions.
