Zusammenfassung:	본 발명은 RNA 기반 면역항암제 유도 면역관련 이상반응의 발병 예측 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 면역항암제에 의해 유도되는 면역관련 이상반응의 발병과 관련된 여러 가지 요인을 분석한 결과, 유전자 발현 기반의 호중구 정량값, 또는 면역세포 프로파일이 면역관련 이상반응의 발병과 밀접하게 연관되어 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이에, 상기 호중구 정량값 또는 면역세포 프로파일은 면역항암제 유도 면역관련 이상반응의 발병 예측 또는 면역항암제에 대한 반응성 예측을 위한 바이오마커로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The present invention relates to an RNA-based method for predicting the onset of immune-related adverse events induced by a cancer immunotherapy agent. In the present invention, as a result of analyzing various factors related to the onset of immune-related adverse events induced by a cancer immunotherapy agent, it was confirmed that gene expression-based neutrophil quantitative values or immune cell profiles are closely related to the onset of immune-related adverse events. Accordingly, the neutrophil quantitative values or immune cell profiles are expected to be useful as a biomarker for predicting the onset of immune-related adverse events induced by a cancer immunotherapy agent or predicting reactivity to the cancer immunotherapy agent.
