More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyester oligomer comprising a polymerization unit having a structure derived from a fluorene-based diol compound and a polymerization unit having a structure derived from a phenolphthalein-based diol compound, a method for manufacturing the same, a polyester-polycarbonate copolymer with excellent impact resistance and heat resistance that comprises blocks formed from the polyester oligomer and polycarbonate blocks as repeating units while having improved scratch resistance compared to conventional linear polycarbonate and polycarbonate copolymer, and a method for manufacturing the same.
