본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 실리콘 복합체 제조 방법은, 금속 실리콘을 연속적으로 실리콘 복합체로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 용질로서 상기 금속 실리콘 및 용매로서 DI워터를 소정 비율로 공급하여 균일하게 교반시켜 분쇄 대상 용액을 형성시키는 원료 공급 단계, 상기 분쇄 대상 용액을 분쇄하여 미분화된 액상 용액을 형성시키는 분쇄 단계, 상기 미분화된 액상 용액에서 비적정 입경의 용질과 상기 용매를 적정 입경의 용질로부터 분리하는 분류 단계 및 상기 적정 입경의 용질을 건조 및 해쇄시키는 건조 및 해쇄 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 실리콘 복합체 제조 방법은 연속적으로 금속 실리콘을 공급, 분쇄, 분류, 건조 및 해쇄함으로써 실리콘 복합체의 수율을 높이고 제조 단가를 낮출 수 있다.
