According to the cell culture substrate, the adhesion of osteoblasts can be improved to minimize or prevent the detachment of attached cells in spite of shaking, such as the flow of cell culture medium, which may take place during cell culture and differentiation. In addition, the cell culture substrate improves the proliferation of osteoblasts and achieves high differentiation efficiency into osteocytes, thus finding wide applications in bone tissue reconstruction and regeneration.
