The invention relates to an air conditioner and a frame assembly. A frame assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lower frame extending between a plurality of windows spaced apart from each other from an indoor side toward an outdoor side, and a window frame having a plurality of lower rails corresponding to the plurality of windows, an air conditioner being disposed on an upper side of the lower frame; and a lower support member, the position of which varies in the direction in which the plurality of lower rails are spaced apart, and which is detachably connected to at least one of the plurality of lower rails, thereby enabling the installation position of the air conditioner to be diversified.
