DOOR HAVING STABILIZATION MECHANISM FOR LOCK AND SUBSTRATE CARRIER

본 발명에 따르면, 잠금 장치용 안정화 장치를 갖춘 도어가 제공된다. 도어는 기판 캐리어에 적합하고 바닥판, 커버 및 제한 구조를 포함한다. 바닥판과 커버는 복수의 잠금 구조를 수용하기 위한 수용 공간을 정의하며, 각각의 잠금 구조는 잠금 해제 위치와 잠금 위치 사이에서 이동하도록 구성되고, 제한 구조는 잠금 구조와 커버 사이에 배치되며, 제한 구조는 잠금 해제 위치와 잠금 위치 사이에서 잠금 구조의 변위에 따른 탄성력을 제공하여 잠금 구조가 탄성력 하에서 수평 높이로 이동하도록 유지된다. 본 발명의 구조적 설계 및 구성은 기판 캐리어의 충돌이나 도어를 원활하게 개폐하지 못함으로 인한 도어 낙하 문제를 방지할 수 있다.
