기판을 검사하는 검사 장치에 있어서, 기판이 탑재되는 탑재 부재와, 기판 상의 전극에 접촉하는 프로브를 갖는 프로브 카드를 보지하는 보지부와, 상기 탑재 부재를 보지하여 이동시키는 이동 기구와, 상기 탑재 부재에 탑재된 기판을 인식하는 제 1 촬상 유닛과, 상기 보지부에 보지된 상기 프로브 카드의 상기 프로브를 인식하는 제 2 촬상 유닛을 가지며, 상기 제 1 촬상 유닛과 상기 제 2 촬상 유닛이 공통의 하우징에 고정된 촬상부와, 상기 촬상부의 상기 하우징을 이동시키는 촬상 이동 기구를 구비하고, 상기 보지부에 보지된 상기 프로브 카드의 하방에 기판이 탑재된 상기 탑재 부재가 위치하는 상태에서의, 상기 제 1 촬상 유닛 및 상기 제 2 촬상 유닛에 의한 촬상 결과에 기초하여, 상기 탑재 부재에 탑재된 기판과 상기 프로브 카드의 상기 프로브의 위치맞춤을 실행한다.
