REFORMER BURNER FOR UNIFORM GAS BLENDING

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 연료전지의 수소추출기를 가열시키기 위한 수소추출기용 버너로, 일 방향으로 연장된 형태의 본체; 상기 본체 일 측에 제공되며 애노드오프가스가 공급하는 애노드오프가스공급부; 상기 본체 상에서 상기 애노드오프가스공급부가 제공된 측과 반대 측에 제공되고 연료가스를 공급하는 연료가스공급부; 상기 본체 내부에 제공된 분리부재; 및 상기 챔버 내에 제공되어 화염이 분사되는 노즐부를 포함하고, 상기 분리부재에 의해 상기 본체 내에서 상기 노즐부와 상기 애노드오프가스공급부와 상기 연료가스공급부가 분리되고, 상기 분리부재는 상기 본체 내부에 제공되어 상기 애노드오프가스와 상기 연료가스의 흐름을 차단하는 분리막; 및 상기 분리막을 관통하는 균일분배관을 포함하고, 상기 균일분배관은 상기 본체 상에서 상기 애노드오프가스공급부가 제공된 위치와 상기 연료가스공급부가 제공된 위치보다 위쪽에 입구를 갖고, 상기 분리막을 기준으로 상기 입구가 제공된 영역 반대편 영역에 출구를 갖는, 수소추출기용 버너가 제공된다. As a reformer burner for heating a reformer of a fuel cell, there is provided a reformer burner including a body in a form of extending in one direction; an anode off-gas supply unit that is provided on a side of the body and that supplies anode off-gas; a fuel gas supply unit that is provided on the body on a side opposite to the side provided with the anode off-gas supply unit and that supplies fuel gas; a separation member that is provided inside the body; and a nozzle unit that is provided in the chamber and that sprays flame, in which the nozzle unit, the anode off-gas supply unit, and the fuel gas supply unit are separated in the body by the separation member. The separation member includes a separation membrane that is provided inside the body and that blocks flow of the anode off-gas and the fuel gas; and a uniform distribution pipe that penetrates the separation membrane, and the uniform distribution pipe has an inlet on the body above a position where the anode off-gas supply unit is provided and a position where the fuel gas supply unit is provided, and an outlet in a region opposite to the region where the inlet is provided based on the separation membrane.
