Digital Holographic Microscope Robust in External Environment

외부환경에 강인한 디지털 홀로그래픽 현미경을 개시한다. 본 실시예의 일 측면에 의하면, 광원에서 조사되는 광을 대상물 방향으로 반사시키거나, 대상물의 방향에서 반사되어 진행하는 광은 통과시키는 빔 스플리터와 상기 빔 스플리터에서 반사된 광을 대상물로 포커싱하는 대물렌즈와 상기 대물렌즈의 표면에 위치하여 편광 방향에 따라, 투과 또는 반사여부를 결정하는 반투과 미러 및 상기 빔 스플리터를 통과하여 진행하는 광을 원편광으로 변환하는 파장판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 홀로그래픽 현미경용 광학계를 제공한다. This disclosure relates to a digital holographic microscope which is robust to an external environment. According to an aspect of the present embodiment, there is provided an optical system for a digital holographic microscope, the optical system including a beam splitter which reflects a light radiated from a light source toward an object, or passes a light reflected from and traveling from the object; an objective lens focusing the light reflected by the beam splitter on the object; a transflective mirror which is located on the surface of the objective lens and is determined to be transparent or reflective depending on a polarization direction of a light incident to the transflective mirror; and a wave plate which converts the light passing through the beam splitter into a circularly polarized light.
