일 실시예에 따른 증착 장치는 증착 재료를 수용하는 도가니, 상기 도가니를 둘러싸며 상기 증착 재료를 가열하여 증착 물질로 기화하는 가열부, 상기 가열부를 둘러싸며 상기 가열부를 냉각시키는 냉각 커버, 그리고 상기 냉각 커버와 상기 가열부 사이에 위치하며 상기 증착 물질이 상기 냉각 커버에 부착되는 것을 방지하는 방착부를 포함하는 기화부; 그리고 상기 기화부에서 기화된 상기 증착 물질을 분사하는 노즐부를 포함하고, 상기 방착부는 상기 냉각 커버를 덮는 방착판, 그리고 상기 방착판을 상기 냉각 커버에 체결하는 체결 부재를 포함한다. A deposition apparatus includes: a vaporization section including a container accommodating a deposition preliminary material, a heating section surrounding the container and heating the deposition preliminary material to vaporize the deposition preliminary material into a deposition material, a cooling cover surrounding the heating section and cooling the heating section, and an adhesion prevention section configured to prevent adhesion of the deposition preliminary material to the deposition preliminary material; an anti-adhesion portion located between the cooling cover and the heating portion to prevent the deposition material from adhering to the cooling cover; and a nozzle portion that sprays the deposition material vaporized in the vaporizing portion, in which the adhesion prevention portion includes an adhesion prevention plate covering the cooling cover and a fastening portion configured to fasten the adhesion prevention plate to the cooling cover.
