Zusammenfassung:The present invention is a method of manufacturing alloy steel parts for cold forging, comprising the steps of cold forging an alloy steel material for cold forging; and carburizing and heat treating the steel, wherein the carburizing heat treatment may be performed at a temperature lower than the formation temperature (T) of abnormal grains expressed in Equation 1 below. The equation 1 is described as T = -65X + 1006℃, wherein T is the abnormal grain formation temperature, and X is the cold working rate. Thus, the present invention can contribute to stabilizing the quality of parts by suppressing the generation of abnormal crystal grains during carburizing heat treatment after cold forging. 본 발명은 냉간단조용 합금강 부품의 제조방법으로서, 냉간단조용 합금 강재를 냉간단조하는 단계; 및 상기 강재를 침탄 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 침탄 열처리는, 하기 수식 1로 표현되는 이상 결정립의 생성 온도(T) 미만의 온도에서 열처리가 수행될 수 있다.
