Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for processing training images of a weight training apparatus. In the method for processing training images, according to an embodiment of the present invention, based on user's movement distance information and expert's movement distance information that are matched on a frame-by-frame basis, the frames of the expert's training image are rearranged, so that the expert's exercise image and the user's exercise image can be synchronized. Through the method, more accurate comparison of exercise postures is possible using the expert's exercise image and the user's exercise image. 본 발명은 근력 운동 기기의 운동 영상 처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 운동 영상 처리 방법은 프레임 단위로 상호 매칭되는 사용자 이동 거리 정보와 전문가 이동 거리 정보에 기반하여, 전문가 운동 영상의 프레임들이 재배열되어, 전문가의 운동 영상과 사용자의 운동 영상이 동기화될 수 있다. 이를 통해, 전문가의 운동 영상과 사용자의 운동 영상을 이용하여, 보다 정확한 운동 자세의 비교가 가능하게 된다.
