PORTABLE TEST DEVICE FOR GAS ANALYZER IN HEATING FURNACE

The present invention relates to a portable test device for a heating furnace gas analyzer and, more specifically, to a portable test device for a heating furnace gas analyzer to compare standard oxygen sensor measurements with portable oxygen sensor measurements at a heating furnace installation site to inspect state. The portable test device for a heating furnace gas analyzer consisting of a standard oxygen sensor of which one side is inserted and fixed in a heating furnace to measure oxygen concentration and an instrument panel extracting result values of the standard oxygen sensor comprises: a portable oxygen sensor of which one side is inserted into an existing side temperature test port formed on the heating furnace to measure oxygen concentration; and a portable indication recorder to which the portable oxygen sensor is connected through a connection cable to extract measurements obtained from the portable oxygen sensor and periodically store the measurements in a memory. Measurements measured in the instrument panel can be compared with measurements in the portable indication recorder at the heating furnace installation site to inspect state. 본 발명은 가열로 가스분석기의 휴대용 검정장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가열로 설치 현장에서 표준산소센서 측정값을 휴대용 산소센서 측정값과 비교하여 상태 점검을 위한 가열로 가스분석기의 휴대용 검정장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 가열로의 내부에 일측이 삽입 고정되어 산소농도를 측정하는 표준산소센서;와 상기 표준산소센서의 결과값을 추출하는 계기판;으로 구성되는 가열로 가스분석기의 검정장치로서, 상기 가열로에 형성되어 있는 기존 측면 온도 테스트 포트에 일측이 삽입되어 산소농도를 측정하는 휴대용 산소센서; 상기 휴대용 산소센서가 연결케이블로 연결되어, 상기 휴대용 산소센서로부터 얻어진 측정값을 추출하고, 일정한 주기로 메모리에 저장하는 휴대용 지시기록계;로 구성되어 이루어져 상기 가열로 설치 현장에서 상기 계기판에서 측정되는 측정값을 상기 휴대용 지시기록계에서 측정값과 비교하여 상태를 점검할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열로 가스분석기의 휴대용 검정장치를 기술적 요지로 한다.
