Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are an image display optical apparatus and a manufacturing method therefor, which increase the angle of view while maintaining light efficiency and uniformity. The image display optical apparatus comprises: a first diffractive element which is located at one side of a substrate and receives a beam; and a second diffractive element which is located at the other side of the substrate and outputs the beam guided through the substrate from the first diffractive element. The first diffractive element includes a diffractive pattern having optical power corresponding to a predefined first focal distance. The second diffractive element includes a diffractive pattern having optical power corresponding to a predefined second focal distance. The distance between the first and second diffractive elements is proportional to the sum of the first and second focal distances.
