One embodiment provides a semiconductor package of a novel structure. According to one embodiment, a circuit board comprises: a substrate; a first protective member disposed on the substrate and including a first through hole; and a second protective member disposed within the first through hole of the first protective member to be spaced apart from the first protective member along a horizontal direction and including a plurality of second through holes. The second protective member includes a plurality of inner surfaces forming the plurality of second through holes and an outer surface surrounding the plurality of inner surfaces. The inner surface forming the first through hole of the first protective member and the outer surface of the second protective member include respective surfaces facing each other along a horizontal direction.
