Zusammenfassung: | A rotor of a motor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rotor core including a ring-shaped base portion, a plurality of yoke portions, and a plurality of bridge portions; and a plurality of magnets inserted into a magnet insertion portion and supported by a plurality of tip portions, and mounted in a radial direction of the rotor core, wherein a non-magnetized portion having electrical characteristics different from those of the remaining region of the rotor core may be formed in each of the plurality of bridge portions and the plurality of tip portions. In an embodiment of the present invention, leakage flux may be prevented and motor efficiency may be improved.
