Zusammenfassung: | An expression vector for manufacturing a target protein fusion pentamer of the present invention comprises a polynucleotide which encodes a pentamer shape toxin protein, as a fusion partner of the target protein, and virus nucleocapsid. In addition, a manufacturing method for a target protein fusion pentamer of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing the expression vector for manufacturing a target protein fusion pentamer including a polynucleotide which encodes a target protein, a pentamer shape toxin protein, as a fusion partner for the target protein, and virus nucleocapsid; manufacturing a transformant by introducing the expression vector for manufacturing a target protein fusion pentamer to a host cell; and culturing the transformant. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an expression vector which can be efficiently manufactured especially in colon bacillus.
